Altering for Working Visa 

 

1．Application Condition：
          Taking a valid working visa,be willing to change to other shanghai company.

 

　　   1．Valid passport and visa：Original

           2．Resume

           3．Bachelor’s degree:Copy

           4．Two years related working experience at least (After graduating from the university)

           5．Shanghai company business license:Copy

           6．Shanghai company enterprise code license:Copy

           7．Shanghai company approval certification: Copy(If it’s a domestic company, can not provide this one)

           8．Passport Photos：*5 (2 inch size)

           9．Shanghai Registration Form of Temporary Residence：Original (latest)

          10．Working permit and Resignation certificate of former company(or cancellation of working permit)：Original

          (If former company is not in shanghai, applicant should provide the original cancellation of employment permit )

          11．Company Labor contract:Copy

          8 ---- 20  working days．
